This program guides founders from ideation and market analysis to initial MVP development. Through structured mentorship and iterative feedback, we validate early-stage concepts.

The Flagship Incubation Program is NSU Startups Next’s premier, full-cycle incubation track, specifically designed for early-stage technology-driven startups that have successfully moved beyond the ideation phase and demonstrated initial validation. This intensive program offers structured mentorship, comprehensive business development support, facilitated access to capital, and tailored investor readiness pathways for high-potential ventures.
Founders gain access to a comprehensive mentorship curriculum led by professionals from world-renowned companies, including Google, Amazon, Microsoft, TikTok, Spotify, and more. In addition to global mentorship, startups undergo weekly KPI sessions with the internal team to ensure consistent progress. The program culminates in an opportunity to pitch directly to a network of investors, setting the stage for exponential growth and success.
Eligibility Criteria:
• NSU Connection: At least one founder must be a current NSU student or alum.
• Team Structure: Must have a proper founding team (preferably at least two co-founders).
• Development Stage: The startup must be launched in the market with a functioning Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Traction: Must demonstrate early market traction (users, revenue, or pilots).
• Focus: The idea must be a scalable, tech-based solution addressing significant market problems.
Graduation & Post-Graduation Support:
Graduation is determined by cumulative KPI performance and mentor evaluations. The core program concludes with a final investor pitch, but the support continues. Graduates receive an additional 2 months of Post-Graduation Support focused on closing funding rounds, executing scale-up strategies, and leveraging NSUSN’s exclusive alumni network.
