Welcome to the NSU Startups Next website (the “Site”) operated by North South University and affiliated partners (“NSUSN,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Site provides information about our people, startup incubation programs, resources for applicants, forums for startup discussions, and profiles of participating founders and startups (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
Overview
NSUSN provides programs, information, and opportunities related to entrepreneurship, innovation, and startup incubation. The Site is intended for use by students, alumni, faculty, and collaborators of North South University, as well as the broader entrepreneurial community in Bangladesh.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and NSUSN regarding your use of the Site and Services.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation of Bangladesh.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, data, or its infrastructure.

- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with NSUSN or NSU.
Accounts, Forms, and Submissions
Certain sections of the Site may require you to submit applications, registration forms, or personal data.
By submitting any form or content:
- You represent that all information is truthful, accurate, and complete.
- You grant NSUSN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process your submission for evaluation, communication, and administrative purposes.
- You acknowledge that submission does not guarantee acceptance into any NSUSN program or opportunity.
NSUSN reserves the right to accept, reject, or remove any submission at its sole discretion.
Intellectual Property
- Content on the Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content except for your own legal submissions.
- NSU Startups Next names and logos are trademarks of NSUSN and/or North South University, unless otherwise stated.
Third Party Material & Links
- NSUSN is not liable for third-party content or links.
- Use of third-party sites is at your own risk.
Termination
- NSUSN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site or any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that NSUSN, in its sole discretion, believes violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, NSUSN, or NSU.
- All provisions which by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity) shall remain in effect.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The Site is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties.
- NSUSN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost data or profits.
General
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
- Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Modifications
NSUSN may modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with the “Last Updated” date revised accordingly.
Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
